customer service was Great November 5, 2018 Reviewer: Jeff from Fleming, CO United States   I'm going to write a review that covers all the items.. 1. The items were delivered in a timely manner, 2. The sales reps caught a discrepancy and called me right away, 3. I was able to review my order, look at my saw and called the customer service folks back who modified my order saving me tons of time.  4. I didn't know the company Lil Red Barn existed and now that I do I will be rebuilding my dads Stihl saw.. we cut hundreds of cords of wood with his saw and this will be a treat for me to get it up and running again.. you folks are fantastic.. thank you very much..
